What are Flower Essences?

Flower essences are 100% natural vibrational remedies made by infusing specific parts of a plant in pure water and sunlight. Flower essences have been used for tens of thousands of years by indigenous people the world over. It is understood that flower essences work by way of resonance transfer - the plant or flower transfers its energies into the water with the light of the sun and is then ingested by us.

Dr Edward Bach was a pioneer in reviving the use of flower essences with his Bach flower remedies that work on an energetic or vibrational level to address negative emotional and mental patterns.

With the advent of technology and many rapid changes to our environment at a global level, we require more advanced types of support to assist us in the 21st century. This is where the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® come in and really work their magic.

The native plants of Aotearoa, New Zealand have a unique and powerful way of

working to restore balance and harmony in our beings on multiple levels.

The sacred plants of Aotearoa New Zealand have been made into flower essences in the

spirit of cooperation - a prerequisite for the Aquarian Age.

The essences, when ingested, create an energetic shift from a lower or heavier state (e.g. negative, imbalanced)

to a higher or lighter state (e.g. positive, balanced).

This creates a level of greater harmony in our mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Flower essences are 100% natural remedies and can be used safely by anyone

and they don’t interact with medications. Flower essences are different from essential oils,

which are extractions of the oil fractions of plants that contain certain phyto or plant chemicals, and are fragrant.
