Cancellation Policy

Pricing: Hourly rate: $140 per hour for a minimum of two hours For more than 3 hours of continued service: a discounted hourly rate of $132 per hour applies A deposit of $140 is required to confirm your booking. This will be paid within 5 working days of the appointment being made. An invoice will be issued and payment can be made by bank transfer. Full payment is required within 72hrs of the of the event starting If you and your guests are having so much fun that you would like me to continue offering readings beyond the time frame initially booked, additional time will be charged for and is to be paid within 48 hrs of the event ending Travel to your event location is included in the hourly rate if it is within 15km of Glen Eden, Auckland An additional travel charge of $1.00 per km will be applied for travel to your event location if it is outside the 15km radius specified. Additional charges may also apply for travel expenses incurred to attend your event such as flights, parking or other transportation costs. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation or postponement of an event booking. If a deposit or full booking fee has been paid and cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event's scheduled time and date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the event's scheduled time and date, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
