Cancellation Policy

All prices given are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) Full payment is required on or before the date of your appointment by bank transfer for New Zealand based clients. An invoice will be issued for payment by bank transfer and paid prior to the appointment Paypal payments will incur a 4.4% processing fee A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or postponement of an appointment booking If the appointment fee has been paid and cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment's scheduled date and time, the appointment fee will be refunded in full If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid
